Sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms. 1 double with ensuite bathroom and dressing room, 1 small double, and two further twin bedrooms, and one bathroom, all with river views.
Downstairs has a playroom, a walk in shower room with loo and basin, and a utility room. The recently modernised kitchen has a large dining table, and the sitting room has an open fire. Both overlook the river.
Night storage heaters and radiators. Washing machine, dishwasher, two fridges, one with freezer, electric oven and gas hob. Good cupboards and appliances, etc. Linen and towels to be discussed. Electricity, wood and cleaning on departure all included in the rent. All rubbish, bottles and papers MUST be taken away by the occupier, or a charge for this will be taken from the deposit.
Pets very welcome, small children NOT advisable because of the river.
